I'm alone, on my own, and that's all I know I'll be strong, I'll be wrong, oh but life goes on I'm just a girl, trying to find a place in this world

I know I know. It has been a long time since you have heard from me (hence why there are going to be three posts compressed into one). But it's Friday! And it's Halloween! So be happy!!!

So I found this website, lulus.com? And I don't even remember where I read about it, possibly in a magazine or possibly I heard about it from Bunnyshop. But either way, it's a pretty amazing store/website. Especially the sale section! Above, a plaid dress. I, by the way, am on the prowl for a perfect plaid top in my size, and have thus far come up with nothing. And if this whole description sounds sort of blah, it's because English class has sucked all the creative writing directly out if my soul. But I'll try harder. $31.50

I really like this dress because it's called the Morning in Mexico White Peasant Dress. Ironically enough, before I looked at the name I thought to myself "I would totally wear that Mexican Inspired dress in Mexico!" The embroidery is quite special and I think it is wise to wear a belt with this dress so it doesn't look so shapeless, and some bright shoes! $29

So remember me raving about my Fiberwig mascara? I still love it. I may like DiorShow Iconic mascara more for all that it does for my lashes (i.e. makes it look like I have them!), but Fiberwig has one thing over DiorShow Iconic. Dear roomate Lyndsie so kindly cajoled me into going to the gym, and I went not having prepared much make-up wise. But I went there for about thirty or forty minutes and swaet from literally every.pore.in.my.body and did my Fiberwig mascara run even a tiny bit? That answer would be no. I was so proud. And look! Now there is a kit that comes with the mascara (for the same exact price!) that includes an eyelash curler and a how to DVD! Marvelous. $22

And lastly, I saw a girl wearing these. These, over her jeans. In broad daylight. And there was no 80's dance, flashback, or revival in sight. I nearly couldn't believe my eyes. $16
Everyone have a fun Halloween! Don't get too crazy wild =)

My coworker Pam wears leg warmers when it gets cold in the warehouse. I always start singing, "She's a maniac" when I see her in those.

I will be handing out regular size KitKats, Rolos, and M & M's tonight. That's if my husband will stop getting into them.

Just when we were starting to experience withdrawl symptoms from not being able to read Ally's blog, you're back! And we're glad because we really missed you! Looking forward to reading about college life on the big SU campus.
PS Happy Halloween!

Since you are making a comeback, I felt that it would be appropriate for "Not Your Dad" to make a comeback. Needless to say, Not Your Dad has some comments to make. Not Your Dad says that he's a little miffed that you chose, once again, to write about fashion in your return to cyberspace. I guess that there are not too many other important things going on in the world today like a presidential election, a financial crisis, and the Hudson family tragedy. Not Your Dad says that if one of those topics did not appeal to you, then maybe you could have compared and contrasted those two oscar snubbed comedic masterpieces, Major Payne and Undercover Brother. Not Your Dad says that he expects more from Blogmaster A. That's all that Not Your Dad has to say for now.

Signed, Not Your Dad, but possibly Sarah Palin or Joseph Biden, but definitely not Hilary or Bill Clinton, yo!
